Crafting Workshops
Each workshop is grounded in the sharing of Indigenous knowledge and the preservation of cultural practices. Participants are guided through the creation of traditional items while learning about their meaning and use. These experiences honour the teachings passed down through generations and support their continuation.

Cost: $300 per participant—this includes all materials, teachings, and facilitation. Materials: 14” yellow cedar frame, sinew, and raw hide (selection of elk, moose, buffalo, or horse depending on availability). Minimum group size of 10 participants.
Drum-stick making is a separate workshop. Cost: $75 per participant, minimum of 10 participants per group size. Includes all materials, tools, teachings, and facilitation.
We can accommodate up to 30 participants at a time (with two facilitators).
*In addition to service cost, there is a 10% administration fee and 5% GST.

$100 per participant—includes all materials, tools, teachings, and facilitation. Materials include: Raw hide, willow, lacquer, sinew, and sewing materials.
This workshop is completed in two phases to allow for the rattles to set and dry: Phase 1, allow for 2-3 hours; Phase 2, allow for 2-3 hours. *We need at least two days between Phase 1 and Phase 2.
Group size: Minimum of 10; maximum of 30 participants.
